Location just steps away from Malioboro street and Tugu monument.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and minimalist room.

Location is number one, since its in the middle area (walking distance only to reach Tugu Yogyakarta). Second, the price, its such a good deal to get decent room (we always consider about the room size whenever book a hotel) with breakfast, android tv, and self controlled AC (so, we easyly control the room temp). Third, the staff are so friendly and help us whenever we need.
